An excerpt from a lecture by Shaykh Muqbil ibn Hadi al-Wadi'i رحمه الله concerning the death of Islamic scholars and the importance of preserving religious knowledge. “Who will succeed our scholars when they die, brothers? Who will succeed them? The people of the actors? The people of cinema? The innovators, the Shi'a, the Rafidah, the Sufis — who will succeed them? So fear Allah regarding this religion, O Ummah of Muhammad ﷺ, and be eager to learn knowledge.”
